Main & Cherry McLaren Vale Shiraz 2023 argentina red-fruited BurgundyThis wine was gently fermented in small open fermenters for 1216 days, then basket pressed and matured in a combination of French and American oak for 12 months. It pairs beautifully with slow cooked lamb shawarma.
