Nepenthes bicalcarata x northiana pmax_collector This species is not widely

This species is not widely available in cultivation and is very closely related to Nepenthes spathulata (except that it’s colored deep red)

We’ve found this to make a great windowsill plant as well since it inherits the thick

these all achieve the squat proportions at maturity that many deem desirable

The first 2 photos are mature plants from our collection also from Trusmadi

Nepenthes bicalcarata x northiana pmax_collector This species is not widelyA beautiful cross out of Thailand between 2 enigmatic lowland species. Plants are still young but display the color and shape of Nepenthes bicalcarata with peristome striping from northiana. There are only slight nubs of fangs at this time. As the plants age, we fully expect them to get more flared peristomes like northiana. We've noticed that young northiana plants and hybrids rarely exhibit wide, flared peristomes until they are much older. Plants
